REGISTER YOUR NEW LICENSED AGENT
IMPORTANT: If you do not have a FFL HCMS login, please reach out to your contracting manager.​​
Welcome to HCMS - Hierarchy Compensation Management System

This is the platform FFL uses to contract New Agents and manage the individual agencies. It is important that you familiarize yourself with how to register your new licensed agents - see below.
FIRST: WATCH THIS how-to VIDEO
Follow These Steps To Register Your New Agent:
1. Log into your FFL HCMS - HERE
2. Click the + (plus sign)
3. Select "Invite New Agent"
4. Input the Agent's required fields
5. Click "Send Request"
Once you submit the request, your New Agent will receive a welcome email from HCMS, where they will need to input their personal information.

After they have completed that, they will receive an email from Surancebay - the platform used by the agent to send the carriers their information - to complete their contracting requests.
